Once the payment is complete, there will be an email confirmation with the file download link sent to you. You can always find and download all the files you have purchased under 'My Orders' in your account.

Due to the nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds once the files are sent to you. Therefore, make sure you are purchasing the correct files you need, or contact us if you have any unclear information that needs to be clarified.

In some rare scenario, such as accidental duplication of payments of the same files, or any other accidents you believe processing refunds is necessary, please let us know. We will get back to you within 1-3 days (except weekends, holidays.). Once we agree on processing refund, we will process it within the next 1-2 days.
